I understand that Herb and Life wants to keep the rules to a minimum however that this is a website about the safe and legal use of medical marijuana. This is not a site for the recreational use of marijuana and reference to such will not be tolerated. While Herb and Life supports the effort to legalize the recreational use of cannabis, it is their belief that they are separate issues and their focus is strictly on the medical side.
I understand that most of the people using this website are both sick and in pain. That as a result of this, sometimes things are said that don’t truly reflect the true nature of the member. As a member of this community it is my responsibility to be mindful of this and do my best to keep peace and harmony within the community.
I agree, through the use of this service, that I will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, political, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, or is invasive of a person's privacy.
I will not attempt to sell any cannabis products using the resources of this website, to include the personal message (PM) system. I understand that legal patients who are PHP members will find resources for obtaining medical cannabis products in the PHP forums. And further that the PHP forums is the only place on this website that obtaining medical cannabis products can be discussed.
I will relate honestly and conscientiously with other members of this site and I will not undermine the integrity of this site.
I understand that the messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
I agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board. I understand and will read the information regarding submissions titled SUBMISSIONS located in the ABOUT HERB AND LIFE section of this website.
